Can we email artwork to VCT?

Yes. We even have a special email address and file transfer specifications for artwork. View specific instructions on the download page of our website, or call us and ask for our card spec sheet.

Can VCT personalize cards?

Yes... we not only personalize cards, we can also personalize letters, envelopes, match affix and more.

What are VCT payment terms?

Currently, payment terms are net 30 days with approved credit. Sometimes we work with clients on other stipulations. However, you will need to contact our Accounting Office for special consideration.

How can I place an order or get a price?

That’s easy. Call 800-445-4888 and tell us what you want, fax a purchase order or price request to 630-852-5817 or click here to email sales. You may also send artwork and/or specifications by various forms of mail.

Does VCT produce more than just plastic cards?

Yes, we produce a wide variety of plastic items - Key Cards, VISA and MasterCard, Smartcards, Contactless Cards etc. We also sell SmartCard accessories.

What is the minimum quantity I can order?

It depends on the product you need. Contact us with your specific needs.

What is the typical production time VCT needs to produce a card?

It varies during the year based on demand. During the holidays, lead times are greater as everyone is printing gift cards. Some cards can be produced in 2 weeks, while others require 4-5 weeks due to production complexities.

Can VCT provide design services?

Yes, VCT offers design services for any type of card, promotional packaging and direct mail.
