Merrill Martin, Executive Vice President and COO
Merrill Martin has been in the secure card industry since 1989 and is the Executive Vice President and COO of QualTeq Inc. His focus has been on supporting the senior management of the organization in the financial aspects of planning, marketing, and capital expansion.
Prior to joining QualTeq, Mr. Martin worked for Philips electronics for 12 years, and was the Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis. He joined NBS Card Services, Inc. in 1989 as Vice President and CFO of Finance.
Mr. Martin holds a BS in Accounting, and an MBA
in Finance from Farleigh Dickinson University. Mr. Marin is also a Certified
Public Accountant of the state of New Jersey since 1980. Additionally,
he has participated at the International Card Manufacturer's Association
workshop as a presenter.
